SLAM Exploration Extends Copper-Nickel-Cobalt Target
SLAM Exploration Ltd. announced results from an Induced Polarization survey over the Granges, Farquharson, and Logan zones on its Goodwin claims in New Brunswick. CEO Mike Taylor commented on the potential to expand these zones. Results are anticipated from another survey line, L33E, in the Farquharson zone.
The IP survey extended the copper-nickel-cobalt target by 200 meters east of the Granges zone. Prior drilling on the Granges zone intersected a core interval grading 1.49% copper equivalent, calculated with an 85% recovery rate. The company plans further surveys to cover a broader area of potential extensions.
In 2025, SLAM aims to refine drill targets in these zones. The company also benefits from agreements like receiving shares and cash payments from its Wedge project.
