The Vanguard Group, Inc. Discloses Position in Redrow plc

On July 3, 2024, The Vanguard Group, Inc. publicly disclosed its position in Redrow plc under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. This disclosure was made in accordance with the requirements for any person with interests in relevant securities representing 1% or more.

As of July 2, 2024, The Vanguard Group holds 13,678,496 ordinary shares in Redrow plc, equating to a 4.14% ownership. Additionally, Vanguard reported a purchase of 29,912 ordinary shares at a price of 6.75 GBP per share.
