The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its position in Tritax EuroBox plc through a public opening position disclosure under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of July 10, 2024, Vanguard holds interests in 11,163,160 ordinary shares of Tritax EuroBox, representing 1.38% of the relevant securities.
