Half-yearly report on Theranexus' liquidity contract with Portzamparc

On January 31, 2025, Theranexus, a biopharmaceutical company, published the balance sheet of its liquidity contract entrusted to Portzamparc. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account included 110,572 Theranexus shares and 36,223.69 euros. As of June 30, 2024, these figures were 81,190 shares and 49,546.19 euros.

At the time of the contract implementation, the account displayed 14,114 shares and 95,788.55 euros. During the second half of 2024, 103,092 shares were purchased for 58,424.41 euros, while 73,710 shares were sold for 45,101.91 euros, totaling 344 purchase transactions and 211 sales transactions.
