Thomas Lamb Increases Stake in Sasquatch Resources Corp.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 6, 2024 / Mr. Thomas Lamb has acquired 187,000 common shares of Sasquatch Resources Corp. ("SASQ") through public purchases on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE"). He paid $13,090, or $0.07 per share, for the shares.

Before this transaction, Lamb held 2,354,143 shares, representing approximately 9.99% of the total outstanding shares. Following the acquisition, he now holds 2,541,143 shares, representing approximately 10.78%. Additionally, his total holdings, including stock options and warrants, now collectively represent about 14.78% of the issued and outstanding shares, if all options and warrants are exercised.

Mr. Lamb acquired the shares for investment purposes. He may buy more shares or sell some in the future, depending on circumstances. No other intentions were disclosed.
