Thomas Olek Resigns as CEO of NEON EQUITY AG
Frankfurt am Main, June 12, 2024 – NEON EQUITY AG announced that Thomas Olek will resign from his position as CEO, effective June 30, 2024. Citing personal reasons, Olek conveyed his decision to the Supervisory Board, which plans to honor his request. The board expressed gratitude for Olek's contributions.
The Supervisory Board also announced that current CFO Ole Nixdorff will become the sole member of the Management Board. Nixdorff's contract has been extended until mid-2028.
