Threshold crossing by Crédit Agricole at Ubisoft Entertainment

On July 11, 2024, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank announced that it had fallen below the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of the company Ubisoft Entertainment, now holding 9.45% of the voting rights of the company.

This threshold crossing follows a return from borrowing securities. Crédit Agricole now holds 13,093,958 Ubisoft shares, representing 10.27% of the capital.

The various options and futures contracts held by Crédit Agricole are spread over several maturities, from September 2024 to 2028, offering various exercise prices for specific lots of shares.

In addition, Crédit Agricole holds 15,041 bonds convertible into Ubisoft shares, exercisable until September 24, 2024, as well as 941,806 shares provided as guarantee for securities borrowing transactions.
