Threshold crossing by Gest Invest in FONCIERE INEA
On November 13, 2024, Gest Invest crossed the threshold of 10% of FONCIERE INEA's voting rights, holding 1,788,118 voting rights, or 10.24% of the total. This crossing results from allocations of double voting rights and off-market share purchases. In addition, Gest SAS, controlling Gest Invest, holds a total of 16.85% of the voting rights.
Despite this increase in capital, Gest Invest and Gest SAS, which are acting in concert, are not considering taking control of FONCIERE INEA. Future acquisitions of shares are possible, but no strategic changes or transactions are planned with the issuer. In addition, no temporary sale agreement or request for appointment to the board of directors is envisaged. The directors of FONCIERE INEA, Philippe Rosio and Arline Gaujal-Kempler, are also within Gest SAS.
