Threshold crossing for BlackRock at TELEPERFORMANCE
The company BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds, crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of TELEPERFORMANCE on June 12, 2024, according to a letter received by the company on June 13, 2024. This crossing results from a increase in the number of TELEPERFORMANCE shares held as collateral.
BlackRock now holds 3,025,338 shares, or 5.01% of the capital of TELEPERFORMANCE and 4.88% of the voting rights. Among these shares, some are held in the form of ADRs and others are linked to “contracts for differences” or securities lending contracts.
The statement states that the management of voting rights is at the discretion of BlackRock, unless expressly requested by certain clients wishing to retain this control.
