Threshold crossing for Foncière INEA

Foncière INEA, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced a significant change in its shareholding. On 16 January 2025, the Luxembourg company Serimnir declared that it had crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of Foncière INEA. This transaction was formalised by letter on 17 January 2025.

Serimnir, controlled by Mrs. Véronique Beaufour-François, now holds 519,643 shares of Foncière INEA. This represents 1,039,286 voting rights, equivalent to 4.79% of the capital and 5.95% of the voting rights of the real estate company. The threshold crossing results from a sale of shares on the market, impacting the shareholder structure and voting rights within the group.
