Threshold Crossing for FONCIERE INEA
FONCIERE INEA, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced a significant threshold crossing. The Luxembourg company Serimnir, controlled by Ms. Véronique Beaufour-François, has declared that it no longer holds any FONCIERE INEA shares since March 3, 2025. This change is the result of an off-market sale.
The notification was received by the company on March 5, 2025. This crossing concerns the threshold of 5% of voting rights. This announcement is in compliance with the legal obligations under Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.
