Threshold Crossing of Gest Invest and Gest SAS in FONCIERE INEA
On January 16, 2025, Gest Invest and Gest SAS crossed the threshold of 15% of the capital of FONCIERE INEA. This concert now holds 16.98% of the capital and 18.42% of the voting rights. This movement results from an off-market acquisition requiring bank financing.
Gest Invest, individually exceeding 10% of the capital, has opted for consultation with Gest SAS. Together, they do not rule out new acquisitions, but do not plan to control FONCIERE INEA or change its strategy. No temporary sale agreement or change of governance is planned.
President and CEO of FONCIERE INEA, Philippe Rosio and Arline Gaujal-Kempler, Deputy CEO, are associated with the management of these operations.
