Threshold crossings at RUBIS
On June 5, 2024, the simplified joint stock company Compagnie Nationale de Navigation (CNN) informed that it had crossed several participation thresholds in the capital of RUBIS. On May 31, 2024, due to a capital increase by RUBIS, CNN saw its stake fall below 5%, holding 5,181,603 shares representing 4.97% of the capital and voting rights.
The same day, the concert formed by Patrick Molis, CNN, Jade Molis, Agathe Molis, Victoire Molis and Charles Gravatte holds 5,487,338 shares, representing 5.27% of the capital. On June 3, 2024, CNN this time crossed the upward threshold, following an acquisition of shares on the market, then holding 5,221,603 shares, or 5.01% of the capital.
No threshold was crossed for the concert, which then held 5,527,338 shares, representing 5.31% of the capital and voting rights of the company RUBIS.
