Thyssenkrupp Nucera's 2024/25 Fiscal Year Results and 2025/26 Forecast

Thyssenkrupp Nucera AG & Co. KGaA released preliminary figures for the 2024/25 fiscal year, showing sales of €845 million, slightly below the projected range of €850 million to €920 million. The company reported a positive EBIT of approximately €2 million, an improvement from €-14 million the previous year. Both the Green Hydrogen and Chlor-Alkali segments met sales and EBIT guidance, with the former generating sales of €459 million and the latter €386 million. The order intake decreased significantly to €348 million from €636 million in 2023/24.

For the 2025/26 fiscal year, the Management Board anticipates lower sales, ranging between €500 million and €600 million, due to a challenging market for green hydrogen. Group EBIT is expected to be between €-30 million and €0 million. Measures to mitigate financial impacts are underway.
