Tikehau Capital has published information regarding transactions in its own shares carried out between June 14, 2024 and June 20, 2024. This declaration falls within the framework of European Regulation No. 596/2014 on market abuse.
Various transactions were carried out over a period of six days. Here is a summary of the average weighted volumes and prices of acquisitions:
On June 14, 3,060 shares were purchased at an average price of 21.3899 euros. On June 17, 1,694 shares were acquired for 21.2045 euros each.
