Preparatory Documents for the Tikehau Capital General Meeting

Tikehau Capital announces the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 30, 2025. The event will take place in Paris, in accordance with the agenda published on March 14, 2025 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO). Shareholders will receive a notice of meeting and will be able to access the documents via the Tikehau Capital website.

Documents in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code will be available online and in person at the company's registered office. Registered shareholders may request their delivery up to five days before the Meeting. This flexibility is accompanied by the usual regulatory requirements for holders of bearer shares.
