Transactions on Tikehau Capital’s Own Shares
Between March 14 and 20, 2025, Tikehau Capital carried out several transactions in its own shares in accordance with European Regulation No. 596/2014. Five trading days were recorded, involving a total of 5,420 shares.
On March 14, Tikehau Capital acquired 548 shares at an average price of €19.9453 per share. On March 17, 1,066 shares were purchased at an average price of €20.0687. The following day, 607 shares were acquired at an average price of €20.2479. On March 19, the transaction amounted to 1,784 shares, with an average price of €20.0404. Finally, on March 20, 1,415 shares were purchased at an average price of €20.0750.
The weighted average acquisition price for all of these transactions amounts to €20.0686.
