TINC, listed on Euronext Brussels, has announced an €11 million investment in two large-scale battery energy storage systems developed by BSTOR in Belgium. This move is part of the infrastructure investor's strategy to enhance the power grid's reliability. The total investment of €22 million is equally shared with Infravest, a joint venture with Gimv, WorxInvest, and Belfius.
The projects include a combined capacity of 150 MW, contributing to grid stability and renewable energy integration. Located in La Louvière and Aubange, these systems are crucial for energy security.
