Tion Renewables AG Acquires Over 25% of clearvise AG Shares

clearvise AG announced that Tion Renewables AG now owns more than 25% of its shares. This acquisition follows Tion Renewables AG's purchase of shares previously held by Boè Acquico GmbH, a holding company under the EQT Active Core Infrastructure Fund.

Today's notification, pursuant to Section 20 (1) sentence 1 and (3) AktG, reveals that this stake allows Tion Renewables AG substantial influence. Based on the 2023 Annual General Meeting's 46% attendance rate, Tion Renewables AG would hold a majority of voting rights at future clearvise AG meetings.
