Torq Resources Engages Kin Communications for Investor Relations

Vancouver-based Torq Resources Inc. has announced its partnership with Kin Communications Inc. for investor relations support. Kin Communications, known for its expertise in the junior mining sector, will assist Torq in fostering connections with shareholders, investment professionals, and media over a 12-month period, with further continuation on a month-to-month basis.

The agreement includes a monthly payment of CDN$15,000 plus GST to Kin, alongside a grant of 2,000,000 stock options valid for five years. The partnership is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. This collaboration aims to enhance Torq’s communication with its investment community.

Kin Communications operates out of Vancouver and is owned by Arlen Hansen. It maintains no securities in Torq. This engagement aligns with Torq’s goal of establishing itself as a leader in copper and gold exploration in Chile’s prominent mining areas.
