TotalEnergies EP Gabon, a public limited company based in Port-Gentil, has published an update on its voting rights and capital as of February 28, 2025. The capital consists of 4,500,000 shares, while the total number of voting rights at the general meeting reaches 8,249,923.

This difference is explained by the presence of registered shares. Indeed, 3,749,923 shares have been registered in the name of a single shareholder for more than two years. According to Article 32 of the company's articles of association, these shares benefit from double voting rights, thus increasing their influence during shareholder decisions.
