TotalEnergies Announces Share Buyback Transactions
Paris, November 18, 2024 – TotalEnergies SE has disclosed its recent share buyback activities, as permitted by shareholder authorization from May 2024. Over five days in November, the company repurchased a total of 3,785,441 shares, spending approximately 215 million euros.
Transactions occurred on multiple markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU, with daily volumes ranging from 26,254 to 481,081 shares. The average purchase price varied slightly each day, reflecting market conditions, but remained around 56.80 euros per share overall.
