TotalEnergies publishes its own share transactions

On June 23, 2026, TotalEnergies disclosed the details of its own share transactions carried out between June 15 and 19. In accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of May 29, 2026, the company repurchased a total of 1,872,668 shares, for a total amount of EUR 134,999,829.01.

These purchases were made on several markets. The average daily purchase price was approximately €72.09 per share. The largest transactions were carried out primarily on the XPAR market, with a significant volume of 332,448 shares acquired on June 15. TotalEnergies is thus continuing its share purchase strategy to optimize its financial management.
