TotalEnergies: Statement on the repurchase of its own shares
Paris, May 19, 2025 - TotalEnergies SE has revealed details of its share transactions, carried out from May 12 to 16, 2025. These purchases were made pursuant to the authorizations of the General Meeting. A total of 3,112,080 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 53.018779 per share, for a total amount of EUR 164,998,682.28.
Daily trading reveals a variation in volumes depending on the day. On May 12, 368,980 shares were purchased, while on May 16, 399,990 shares were acquired. Purchases were made on several exchanges, including XPAR, CEUX, AQEU, and TQEX.
These moves follow the standards governing share buybacks and are part of the company's financial optimization strategies.
