Transactions in own shares by TotalEnergies
Paris, August 18, 2025 - TotalEnergies SE announced the acquisition of its own shares from August 11 to 15, 2025, in accordance with the authorizations granted by the Shareholders' Meeting last May. This transaction is in line with share buyback regulations. In five days, a total of 2,784,478 shares were acquired for a total of €146,970,172.30.
The average share purchase price was EUR 52.781948. Transactions were carried out on various markets, including AQEU, CEUX, XPAR and TQEX, with daily volumes ranging from 20,203 to 410,343 shares.
