Touchstone Exploration Announces Possible Offer for Trinity Exploration
Calgary-based Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone") has acknowledged the announcement by Trinity Exploration and Production Plc. ("Trinity") regarding a potential cash offer. The Trinity board has rescheduled the Court Hearing to 23 August 2024. This offer remains a conditional, non-binding, and indicative proposal, pending the completion of satisfactory due diligence.
The conditions for the Scheme, including shareholder approvals and regulatory conditions, have been met. The Trinity board's recent actions have impacted the expected effectiveness date of the Scheme, which was anticipated to be 1 August 2024. Touchstone retains the right to invoke certain conditions ahead of the rescheduled Court Hearing.
