Trading in Common Shares of Schaeffler Begins on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Following its merger with Vitesco Technologies Group AG, Schaeffler AG announced the start of trading in its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The new shares, listed under the ticker symbol SHA, debuted at EUR 4.50.

Post-merger, Schaeffler converted its share class, granting all shareholders common shares with full voting rights. This aligns with the company's aim to be included in the MDAX and MSCI Europe indices soon.

Schaeffler's issued shares increased to 944,884,641, with IHO Holding maintaining a 79 percent stake. Approximately 21 percent of shares are in free float. The unified share structure is expected to make Schaeffler more attractive to investors.
