Transactions on Aramis Group's own shares in December 2024
Aramis Group has disclosed the transactions on its own shares carried out from December 9 to 13, 2024. These transactions, authorized by the General Meeting of February 9, 2024, comply with the regulations on share buybacks. During this period, Aramis Group acquired a total of 21,338 shares, at an average weighted price of 7.7876 euros per share.
The transactions are distributed as follows: on December 9, 4,023 shares were purchased at an average price of 7.7919 euros; on December 10, 14,385 shares at 7.7849 euros; and finally, on December 11, 2,930 shares at 7.7947 euros.
