Transactions on Cooperative Investment Certificates by Crédit Agricole Toulouse
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Toulouse 31 has published the details of the transactions on its own Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) for the week of February 10 to 14, 2025. This buyback program was authorized by the General Meeting of March 28, 2024.
During this week, 406 certificates were traded on the XPAR market with a daily weighted average price fluctuating between EUR 80.51 and EUR 81.48. The operations, carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux as an intermediary, aim at the cancellation of the acquired certificates, thus increasing the shares of the remaining holders.
All transactions were reported daily with precise details on each exchange, with many transactions taking place at close unit prices. Crédit Agricole Toulouse continues to actively manage its buyback programme in line with its financial objectives.
