Transactions on own shares carried out by Olympique Lyonnais Groupe

The Olympique Lyonnais group has declared its transactions in its own shares carried out from June 17 to 21, 2024. These transactions are part of a share buyback program.

During this period, a total of 1,141 shares were repurchased on the Euronext Paris market, compartment C. Details per day and share volumes are as follows:

On June 17, 9 shares were acquired at an average price of 2.14 euros. On June 18, 326 shares were purchased at the same price. On June 19, 364 shares were acquired at a price of 2.09107 euros. Finally, on June 21, 442 shares were purchased at a price of 2.02314 euros.

The weighted average acquisition price over the entire period is 2.08 euros per share.
