Transfer of Mamadou Sarr to RC Strasbourg
Olympique Lyonnais has made official the transfer of its U19 international defender, Mamadou Sarr, to Racing Club de Strasbourg. The amount of this transaction is 10 million euros.
Mamadou Sarr joined the OL Academy in 2018. He signed his first professional contract in 2022 after winning the Coupe Gambardella and the Euro U17 with the French team. During his time at OL, the 1m94 defender made three appearances in the Lyon jersey before being loaned last January to RWD Molenbeek, a club in the Eagle group.
Olympique Lyonnais expressed their gratitude to Mamadou Sarr for his six years at the club and wished him a successful career.
