Transition Evergreen, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2024, reporting a net asset value (NAV) of €116.7 million as of June 30, 2024. This marks a decrease from €130.8 million at the end of 2023, attributed to high interest rates and low energy prices.

The NAV per share dropped to €2.91, down from €3.26 in December 2023. Despite these challenges, Transition Evergreen remains committed to the ecological transition, with ongoing investments in biogas, solar, wood energy, and hydrogen projects.

Highlights include significant bond financing for Group EverWatt and advancements in green hydrogen projects by pHYnix. The first-half operating loss amounted to €12.0 million, and the company’s financial debt increased to €44.0 million.

Looking ahead, the company aims to support its investees' growth, focusing on infrastructure and industry segments, while navigating an evolving market environment.
