TTL AG Calls for Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting in December 2025
TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG ("TTL AG") has announced an extraordinary Annual General Meeting set for December 9, 2025. This announcement was made public on November 3, 2025, following its publication in the Federal Gazette. This meeting replaces the regular 2025 Annual Meeting.
The focus will be on presenting the unaudited financial statements for 2024 to shareholders. The Supervisory Board has reviewed these statements, despite the auditor's ongoing assessment issues that delayed the audit process.
In an effort to meet market obligations and avoid regulatory challenges, the company is sharing the unaudited reports. All related documents are accessible on TTL AG’s website for interested parties.
