TUI AG Reports Increase in Voting Rights Held by Norges Bank

TUI AG announced a significant change in the ownership structure as Norges Bank crossed a new threshold in voting rights on May 10, 2024. According to the latest filing, Norges Bank now holds 3.16% of TUI AG's voting rights, up from 2.01%. This increase in shares denotes an acquisition of 16,038,519 voting shares, bringing the total number of voting rights to 507,431,033. The adjustment reflects changes solely through the acquisition of shares, with no voting rights attached through financial instruments.

The Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, registered in Oslo, remains the legal entity subject to this notification obligation. Despite the noticeable increase, TUI AG clarified that Norges Bank does not control any other undertakings that directly or indirectly hold an interest in TUI AG, aside from the newly acquired voting rights.
