Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for International Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (Garanti BBVA) announced its receipt of approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuance under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. Initially established on April 19, 2013, the GMTN program allows the bank to issue borrowing instruments in various currencies with different series and maturities.
The approved bond issuances include a USD 100 million bond maturing on October 8, 2026, and a EUR 15 million bond maturing on October 18, 2027. These bonds are registered under ISINs XS3200020363 and XS3195122760, respectively. Garanti BBVA confirms the accuracy of the disclosures and assures alignment with internal records reported under CMB guidelines.
