Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Sells Non-Performing Loans
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced the sale of its non-performing loan portfolio. The transaction, completed in three separate parts, involved various financial products, including loans and credit cards.
The bank sold receivables totaling TL 640.5 million to Ortak Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for TL 138.2 million. Additionally, it sold another two portfolios to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş., one valued at TL 531.6 million for TL 62 million and another at TL 510.4 million for TL 79 million.
The total sales amounted to TL 279.2 million. This move aligns with the bank’s strategic objectives to manage and consolidate its financial health efficiently.
