Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) has secured approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for its planned bond issuance to foreign markets. The announcement follows the establishment of a Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, as initially disclosed on April 19, 2013.
The CMB has issued certificates under this program, allowing the bank to issue bonds in various currencies and maturities. Specifically, the issuance with ISIN XS2906179366, amounting to GBP 11,680,000, is set for September 20, 2024, maturing on March 26, 2025.
