Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has officially submitted an application for the issuance of debt instruments. Dated September 25, 2024, the move was authorized by the Bank's Board of Directors on September 5, 2024.
The approved issuance limit stands at TRY 50 billion. These structured debt securities are intended for domestic issuance. The types of securities include fixed or floating-rate bonds and debentures.
