BlackRock exceeds 5% threshold at Ubisoft
On September 16, 2025, BlackRock Inc. crossed the 5% voting rights threshold at Ubisoft Entertainment. This information was communicated by the American company in a letter dated September 17, 2025. BlackRock now holds 8,572,443 shares of the French video game publisher, representing 6.46% of the capital and 5.85% of the voting rights. This crossing of the threshold is the result of share purchases on the market and an increase in securities held as collateral.
BlackRock clarified that the shares include, among others, ADRs, shares issued under contracts for differences (CFDs), and securities held under loan-borrowing agreements. The manager may exercise voting rights unless otherwise indicated by the clients concerned.
