UBS Group AG exceeds 5% of the capital of UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT

The Swiss entity UBS Group AG recently announced that it has crossed a significant threshold in the share capital of Ubisoft Entertainment. On July 16, 2026, UBS indirectly exceeded the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights. This equates to 9,126,143 shares, representing 6.71% of the share capital and 6.20% of the voting rights, distributed between UBS AG and UBS Switzerland AG.

This significant movement stems from an off-market share acquisition. Furthermore, UBS also controls shares through various contracts, including rights of use and long call options. By adding its investments in swaps, UBS indirectly holds additional Ubisoft shares.
