UniDoc Health Corp. Acquires AGNES Connect from AMD Telemedicine

UniDoc Health Corp. has announced a definitive purchase agreement to acquire AGNES Connect software from AMD Telemedicine. This acquisition aims to enhance UniDoc's NEIL Connect platform, accelerating its expansion in the eHealth sector. The AGNES Connect platform facilitates secure data-sharing by integrating with electronic health record systems, thereby streamlining clinical workflows.

With the acquisition, UniDoc will gain access to AGNES Connect's client base, planning to continue its support while providing updates and improved customer service. The transaction, valued at $175,000 in cash plus revenue sharing, includes acquiring AMD Telemedicine's intellectual property and trademarks. The completion of this purchase remains subject to standard approval conditions.
