Uniper SE Concludes 2024 with Strong Financial Results

Uniper SE announced that it successfully closed the 2024 financial year with an Adjusted EBITDA surpassing EUR 2.6 billion. These results fit within the company's forecasted range of EUR 2.5 to 2.8 billion. The Adjusted Net Income for the year reached EUR 1.601 billion, aligning with the projected range of EUR 1.5 to 1.8 billion.

Looking forward, Uniper anticipates an Adjusted EBITDA of between EUR 0.9 and 1.3 billion for the 2025 fiscal year.
