Nexia GmbH Withdraws as Auditor for United Labels AG in 2026
United Labels AG announced that Nexia GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft will not serve as its auditor for the 2026 financial year. This decision comes after Nexia GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, was appointed by the Annual General Meeting on 26 August 2026. The announcement was made public on 19 October 2026.
United Labels AG, headquartered in Münster, must now seek a new auditor to handle its annual and consolidated financial statements for 2026. The company is evaluating how to proceed with the appointment of a replacement auditor.
The company, which is listed on the Frankfurt Prime Standard, will keep stakeholders informed about its progress in appointing a new auditor.
