Update on Bastide Le Confort Médical shares and voting rights

Bastide Le Confort Médical has communicated the figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2024, in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Markets Authority. The company, whose capital is 3,359,767.05 euros and whose head office is located in Caissargues, has a total of 7,466,149 shares.

Of this total, 7,358,328 are ordinary shares and 104,671 are preference shares. As regards voting rights, the theoretical number, including shares deprived of voting rights, is 11,136,249. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, amounting to 11,083,288.
