Update on KBC Group Share Buyback Programme

KBC Group NV provided an update on its share buyback programme announced on 10 August 2023. The recent transactions on the Euronext Brussels market covered the period between 3 June 2024 and 7 June 2024.

On 3 June 2024, KBC bought 90,000 shares at an average price of €67.89, with prices ranging from €67.40 to €68.40. The next day, 91,000 shares were acquired, averaging €66.86 per share, with a low of €66.30 and a high of €67.66.

On 5 June 2024, 93,000 shares were bought at an average of €66.16, and on 6 June, the same number of shares was purchased at €66.05. Finally, on 7 June, KBC acquired 92,000 shares at an average price of €66.38.

As of 7 June 2024, KBC Group NV holds 17,517,766 shares under the buyback programme, with a total expenditure of €1,066,479,400.
