USALCO begins construction of new water treatment plant in Arkansas

USALCO, LLC, a major player in the production of water treatment solutions for municipal and commercial customers in the United States, announced the start of a project to construct a new chemical production facility for the treatment of water in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This initiative will inject USALCO's recognized expertise in the production of premium coagulants in the state of Arkansas, aimed at supplying local customers and improving logistics for Oklahoma and Central Plains sites.

The project promises to contribute positively to the local economy by creating new full-time jobs. “The construction of this new facility underscores USALCO’s commitment to providing added value to our customers through even more efficient water treatment solutions,” said project manager Scot Lang. He also highlighted the green benefit of the new facility, which will reduce carbon emissions through fewer shipments from neighboring states, while reducing the total cost to end users.
