Usha Resources Secures Permit for Southern Arm Copper-Gold Drill Program
Usha Resources Ltd. announced the receipt of an Intervention Permit from the Ministere des Resources Naturelles et des Forets. This permit allows preparatory work for the company's first drilling program at the Southern Arm property in the Abitibi subprovince, set for winter 2025. The Southern Arm offers significant potential, being close to major projects like the B26 deposit and the historic Selbaie mine.
The CEO, Deepak Varshney, emphasized the progress towards drilling and mentioned the end-of-year results from previous surveys. Additionally, Usha is exploring further copper and gold projects for shareholder value.
Southern Arm is prominently located within a conductive zone linked to the Bapst Fault. The property has potential for polymetallic VMS-type mineralization. Planned surveys, including IP, will shape the final drilling targets.
