USU Software AG Expands Partnership with Two System Integrators in IT Service Management

On April 11, 2024, USU Software AG announced the securing of additional contracts with two major system integrators operating within the public sector, signalling an advancement in their collaborative efforts. These partnerships are set to leverage USU’s technology and expertise for strategic and operational IT management, focusing on the digitization and automation of processes essential for the comprehensive management of IT services.

The contracts encompass a broad service package for one integrator and, for the other, include the provision of software licenses in addition to services, to be utilized within the customer's data center. The agreements have a combined value in the lower double-digit million range.

USU CEO Bernhard Oberschmidt expressed pride in the extended trust from these IT providers, highlighting the significance of USU’s role as a competence partner in managing complex IT infrastructures and emphasizing the positive impact on the company’s fiscal year.
