Valbiotis: Monthly information on voting rights and shares

On November 25, 2025, Valbiotis published its monthly share capital data, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of October 31, 2025, Valbiotis held 23,698,234 shares listed on Euronext Growth Paris. These shares carry a total of 24,403,232 theoretical voting rights, of which 24,357,435 are exercisable.

In accordance with Article 10.5 of Valbiotis's articles of association, any person holding at least 5% of the share capital must notify the company. Failure to declare may result in the suspension of voting rights for the undeclared shares upon request at general meetings.
