Valbiotis: Monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares - May 2024

As of May 31, 2024, the company Valbiotis, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, presents a total of 15,794,596 shares making up its share capital. The theoretical voting rights amount to 16,528,989 while the exercisable voting rights, after taking into account treasury shares, are 16,510,598.

In accordance with article 10.5 of its statutes, Valbiotis recalls the notification obligations for any shareholder reaching holding thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% or 30% of the capital. This obligation must be fulfilled by registered letter within four trading days from the acquisition date, under penalty of temporary loss of voting rights for undeclared shares.
